What a scope looks like

Every project starts with a document like this. Nothing begins until you've read it and replied "agreed". This is a real example, with the client details changed.

Example — landing page for a solar installer

What you get

  1. One page, live on your domain, with HTTPS.
  2. A hero section: headline, one supporting line, one button.
  3. Four further sections: what we install, how the survey works, recent jobs, get a quote.
  4. A contact form that sends to your inbox.
  5. Mobile and desktop layouts.
  6. A simple wordmark logo.
  7. One round of changes after you've seen it.

What's not included

Additional pages. A blog or content management system. Online payments. Photography — I'll use your images or simple graphics. Ongoing hosting or maintenance after handover. Search optimisation beyond sensible page structure.

What I need from you before I start

Your text, or an hour on a call so I can write it. Any logo, photos or brand colours. Access to your domain. One person who can approve the work.

Timeline

Five working days from the day the deposit clears and I have the materials above. If those arrive late, the delivery date moves by the same amount.

Price

£900. 50% to start, 50% on delivery.

Changes

One round is included — one consolidated list, not requests sent one at a time. Anything beyond that I'll price separately and tell you the cost before I do it.

At the end

The page, the files and the domain settings are yours. Nothing is locked to me.
