I'm one person, and I build a narrow set of things properly rather than everything badly. Two of my own products are live and you can go and use them — that's the standard, and it's the honest way to judge me before you commit.

No, and I'll tell you early
- Online shops and checkout — payments deserve a specialist
- Native iPhone and Android apps — different craft entirely
- WordPress, Shopify, Wix — not my tools, you'd get worse work
- Clinical patient records or payment data — regulated, and rightly so
- Round-the-clock support — one person can't promise that honestly

What I need from you to start
- One person who can make decisions — not a committee
- Your words, or an hour on a call so I can write them
- Logos and photos if you have them; I'll make something simple if not
- Access to anything I need to connect to — a collaborator account, never your password
- Feedback within three working days, or the dates move
- Half up front, half when it goes live
I take one project at a time and finish it before starting the next. If I'm busy, I'll tell you the date I can start rather than take your money and queue you.

The domain, plus a real application: accounts and sign-in, a database, one core feature built to an agreed written spec, deployed with backups. Four to six weeks. Two rounds of changes.

How this works
You'll know exactly what you're getting before you pay anything. I write down every feature, screen and rule — and what's not included. You agree it. That document is what "finished" means. See an example →
50% to start, 50% on delivery. For anything over six weeks, it's split across milestones you can see, so you're never far ahead of the work.
Want something added halfway through? Good. I'll price it and tell you the new date. Always a yes with a number attached, never a no.
You'll never get an invoice you weren't expecting. Adjusting what we agreed is included. A new feature is new work, and you'll see the cost before I start.
It's yours at the end. Code, designs and accounts all transfer to you on final payment. No lock-in.
