What I build
I'm one person, and I build a narrow set of things properly rather than everything badly. Two of my own products are live and you can go and use them — that's the standard, and it's the honest way to judge me before you commit.
Yes, this is what I do
- Web apps that work as well on a phone as a laptop
- Python back ends with a real database behind them
- AI features that read documents, photos and labels
- Barcode and QR scanning through the camera
- Pulling in outside data sources and keeping them in sync

Everything on this list is running in production on something I built and maintain.
No, and I'll tell you early
- Online shops and checkout — payments deserve a specialist
- Native iPhone and Android apps — different craft entirely
- WordPress, Shopify, Wix — not my tools, you'd get worse work
- Anything storing medical or financial records — regulated, and rightly so
- Round-the-clock support — one person can't promise that honestly

- Your words, or an hour on a call so I can write them
- Logos and photos if you have them; I'll make something simple if not
- Logins for anything of yours I need to connect to
- Feedback within three working days, or the dates move
- Half up front, half when it goes live
I take one project at a time and finish it before starting the next. If I'm busy, I'll tell you the date I can start rather than take your money and queue you.

The domain, plus a real application: accounts and sign-in, a database, one core feature built to an agreed written spec, deployed with backups. Four to six weeks. Two rounds of changes.

Everything is fixed before we start. I write down exactly what I'm building, you agree it, and that document is the job. Neither of us can quietly change it afterwards.
Want something added mid-build? Good — I'll price it and tell you the new date. It's a yes with a number attached, never a no.
Changes means adjusting what we agreed. A new page, a new feature, or a redesign is new work, quoted separately.
